Massive 9' high stone tribute honouring the artist, Kostadinos stands at the edge of a sacred mountain side in Skyros, Greece overlooking the legendary pristine beauty of the Aegeon sea. This enduring tribute to Kostadinos' is surrounded by other stone monuments honouring famed ancient Greek heroes such as Plato and Socrates created by the Greek artist, and friend of Kostadinos, Makris.

Legendary musician and environmental activist, Neil Young invited Kostadinos' wife to join him at his concert in Winnipeg, Canada upon hearing of his friend, Kostadinos' passing. Here is where Kostadinos and Neil Young had first become friends in high school. Kostadinos' wife brought a very special driftwood sculpture which Kostadinos had intended to give to his friend Neil, himself. Teary eyes and hugs were exchanged as the gift of friendships live on.

With real-estate and art agents in place Kostadinos chose to maintain his own private gallery in British Columbia, Canada where he flourished with inspiration while surrounded by the art he loved creating.

International Music Industry World Summit held in British Columbia, Canada chose 'Sculptures by Kostadinos' as the Premier Artist. Kostadinos featured a variety of his Greek Mythological creatures symbolizing the emerging challenges the industry was facing. Among the rich and diverse sculptures of Kostadinos' shown at the event, was the sculpture “Chimera” representing the multi faceted challenges of the music industry and “Pegasus” the symbol of liberating solutions.
